Flushing your system? Your period will come back in the coming months. I was on depo for 3 years and it took 6 months. How do you anticipate this effecting your weight loss?

I don't know much about weight loss and PMS, but my assumption is, my pH levels will balance out once my period comes back and will aid weight loss. Am I wrong?

Your body works very hard at keeping your pH at a specific level for it to function. If you pH is way off, you would die. Even if it's slightly off, you would be needing medical attention. Changing your diet won't change your pH, and you don't want to change your pH, except under very specific medical conditions.

Okay. Thank you. I'm new to this total lifestyle change and I'm trying to learn as much as possible. Thank you.

If you don't have a period it likely means your hormones aren't balanced, which could affect your weight loss. Eating too little and overexercising isn't going to help make it come back.

I can tell, from the posts you are making. I'm not trying to offend here. Many of us come here with a lot of misinformation from the internet. It's a good idea to ask yourself a few questions when reading things online, including who is profiting, does it make sense, and is there actual scientific proof. It can be pretty overwhelming to wade through all the woo and derp out there.

And this too. Treat your body better, it will appreciate it.
