I read about the military diet, you can lose up to 10 pounds in 3 days. Has anyone tried it and does it really work?
How does everyone stay motivated and determined to lose weight? I have tried multiple times to get a routine going for more than a month but always end up giving up on week one or two max. I want to lose weight I do not like the person I see in the mirror. What do I do or better yet HOW???
Can I get some suggestions on meals I can make that will help me stay full through out the day without going over my goal of 1,260 calories a day. I find myself getting hungrier and hungrier through the day. Making it hard to stay focused on weight loss. Please help!!!!!
