Hey, so my husband and I walk 5 miles every day but on our walk have to go up this massive steep hill. How do you pace yourself when walking up big hills (obviously not use to it and have to sit down at the top or I'm out of breath, also pushing a stroller)? Thank you!
I had my son almost a year ago. Through pregnancy i lost over 20 pounds but since then I have gained over 40 pounds. My goal is to lose about 60-80 pounds.
