Hey, so my husband and I walk 5 miles every day but on our walk have to go up this massive steep hill. How do you pace yourself when walking up big hills (obviously not use to it and have to sit down at the top or I'm out of breath, also pushing a stroller)? Thank you!

Have your husband push the stroller!

Short steps, slow and easy. When hiking we used to call it going into Granny gear. It gets easier. I have a big hill at the end of my street I have to run up. I just keep my eyes focused straight ahead and take it slowly. At first I had to walk, now I can run it at almost normal pace.

Always start with the lowest amount of effort needed to complete the distance. Like others said--slow way down, take shorter steps. With repetition you should get better.

facing the same problem on bike climbs, i pay a lot of attention to how out of breath i am. i try to regulate everything else around the idea of keeping that at whatever level is sustainable for the whole hill. if muscle fatigue is your limiting factor, then i'd suggest switching your attention to that instead.

it also always helps me when i'm re-starting as a bike commuter, to remember that the sensation itself of being 'breathless' is a lot like the sensation of being drunk. you know how strange just being giddy made you the first few times? but once you get used to it as a state in its own right, you can still function more or less normally. i get the same kind of accustomization thing happening to me mentally around exercise.
