How to reach to 9% Body fat?
What is the best way to reach 9% -7% Body fat? I am 5 9 , 165 lb , currently i'm @ 12% body fat, I can see upper abs definitions but that is it. MY GOAL is to reach six pack. Currenty this is my diet 1500 calories 30p50c20f And workout 1 H every 5 days a week.. but no success what else should I do? What am i doing wrong?…
