avoiding white flour and sugar--4th day
four days of avoiding white flour and sugar; did this awhile back with a "Brightline eating program" and lost over 20 lbs. in a couple of months. As a phase II diabetic, notice how blood sugars are returning to more normal levels. Not obsessing over weight.

starting again
phase II diabetic--73 years old; living in denial for 6 months and A1c spiked from 6 to 8.6; now working with a health coach and trying to give up refined sugar and most white flour again. Will weigh tomorrow. Now monitoring blood sugars and blood pressure.
