Started weight management program at Palo Alto Clinic with an experienced nurse practitioner about 6 weeks ago; started tracking foods and weighed 247.6;
began my fitness pal a few weeks ago at 235.8;
weighed in today at 229.2-- so close to 18+ lb. weight loss. Feeling more and more positive about sustaining this low carb, measure and weigh everything, eating style with my fitness pal as my main tool.
