Male, 55 whose active lifestyle is taking a hit due to shingles. On my 4th week with it and think it is getting a little better :) . I've figured out how to dress to get some lifting in. It sucks, but that's life. I was a member of MFP a while back and am supportive. Hope to be hearing from you!
