Plateau? Already?
So when I first started, I didn't weigh myself, so I put my weight at 225. Well it was 240 come to find out, so that's why it I haven't "lost weight". Right now I'm at 229. 11 pounds in 5 weeks, and that's great!! But I didn't lose ANY weight this week. I have stepped up my exercise. I can't go below 1200 calories, so I…
