So when I first started, I didn't weigh myself, so I put my weight at 225. Well it was 240 come to find out, so that's why it I haven't "lost weight". Right now I'm at 229. 11 pounds in 5 weeks, and that's great!! But I didn't lose ANY weight this week. I have stepped up my exercise. I can't go below 1200 calories, so I can't do that. I don't understand. I thought this was supposed to be simple mathematics. Calories out vs calories in. I eat very, very healthy. No refined sugars, flour, or artificial foods. I have a very whole diet. I'm very frustrated

Weight loss is not linear. There can be 1000 reason why your scale isn't budging this week, the most common is a combination of water retention and normal body fluctuations. Don't worry about it. As long as you remain calorie deficient, you will lose weight.
Don't let one setback ruin all the work you've already done.
There's a saying: "Most people quit due to slow progress, never realizing that slow progress is still progress.". Don't be that person2
