Hi everyone! I've just recommitted to my weight loss after getting the shock that at 140lbss I'm actually in the overweight category! I'd love to drop down to 110-120. Problem is I'm 5ft so the creating a calorie deficit is tough! (I'm starting on 1100-1200 ). Any one else in the same boat? Could do with a few more friends…
