Hi everyone, I'm using this app to help track and monitor my food more than anything. I also have linked up my map my run, and another fitness one. I'm turning 30 in September and my goal is to drop 15 pounds, loose nches, and get toned. Anyone have some good tips for tightening up the stomach and getting your abs back?
