I exercise to lose weight but I also want to gain endurance and be strong like an athlete. Any insight on what kind of training I should be doing, how many times a week and most importantly for how long each time?
I'm getting bored of egg whites and Ezekiel bread. I don't eat dairy though so I'm sort of limited in traditional breakfast foods. If you have any ideas, please share.
