What's your maintenance calorie number?
MFP will calculate your caloric needs, but it's not going to be 100% accurate for everyone. So question out of curiosity; For those who have found their maintenance calorie number, what is it, and how different is it from MFP's calculation?

calories in Quezalteca alcohol
I give. I can't find it. Can anyone find an accurate number for kcal/oz in Quezalteca licor tamarindo (25% alc.) ? There is an entry, but it seems way too low to be accurate. If someone does, I'd appreciate the source. Thank you!

Gastric Bypass - what to say and not to say

Calories burned walking at work
I've taken my pedometer to work a few times, and found I only burn between 50-100 calories walking at work (desk job) I don't count it in the tracker, it's just a curiosity thing. Anyone else? Edit for clarity; Anyone else take a pedometer to work to see how active/inactive your job really is?

The first 5 were easy (water weight?). The next pound took weeks to lose (....) I'm not overweight, but for various personal and medical reasons, I'd just like…

What do you do with boos?
Ok, to start I am NOT big on drinking. I generally do not like the taste of alcohol. That said, my mother and I have both had a really rough week at work, and she wants to take me out for a drink. The place we go has drinks I like. I have the menu, but they don't have calories on it. They are served in martini glasses and…

Thyca survivors
So most people don't understand just how important the thyroid is, none the less how severe the impact is when cancer steals it away. If there are any other thyca survivors here, feel free to add me! It'd be nice to have some friends here that get it :)
