I've synced google fit with mfp for steps. Activity level is set to 'active'. So far, mfp has given me 83 kcal for 800 steps. Does this take activity level into account? Double overhand grip gave away during deadlifting

Do dips make your sternum sore?
I do 3 sets of dips on my SL5x5 Bench day. so i do them once a week, and then twice in the next week and so on. I lean forward slightly to work both triceps and chest, rather than being upright. How's your form when doing a PR on linear progression?
When you were a beginner and adding weights every session to your compound lifts, how was your form? I know mine isn't great, i can feel it especially with back squats. If I can finish my 5x5 though, I add weight next session and the lower weight warmup sets feel very good. Should I continue like this?

Double counting baseline calories while logging exercise
Suppose one has BMR of 2400. Ie the person burns 100kcal an hour by just existing. If that person walks for an hour as cardio and logs it as cardio in exercise diary or gets the kcal burnt from a watch or an app - let's say 400 kcal.
