WW vs MFP/Counting Calories- Please help!
Help! WW or MFP?! I’ve gone back and forth (mentally) about which one I should do. I have the premium MFP and have seen a nutritionist to give me my macros/ calorie count. I can go through about 4 days with perfect eating and then I get hungry and want to eat everything- which puts me back up 2-3 lbs I lost during the week…
