I get on the scale in the mornings before my shower no clothes on. Last weigh in I was at 220 lbs, that evening I was at 226 lbs no clothes on. Is this normal fluctuation?
Yup, Fridays are my cheat day. My total Cals per day us 1500. Every friday I hit over 2,000 but under 2,500, hope its ok but it works for me...
