Why do I feel so tired all the time ~40 lbs lost?
I just feel tired to the point I don’t have enough energy to last me all day. After the first 6 or so hours I feel lethargic. I haven’t change my diet or calorie intake and taken my iron pills like I’m supposed to.

Why does it feel like I’m starving on the 1500 cal. diet?
I started dieting on a 1700 calorie diet. Then decided to move to 1500 after a year. I keep giving up because it always makes me hungry and go back to the first diet.

What kind of food is low in sodium but high in calories
I’m noticing that when I track my sodium it’s always higher than the calories themselves. I need to find food that’s less in sodium and more in calories to meet my calorie intake. I’m doing 2300 of sodium and 1500 in calories.

Why does my scale stays at a certain number despite me losing weight.
Last two months I have went from 235 to 232. But, for some reason my home scale steadily reads that I’m 235 lbs all the time despite my body physically losing more weight than that. Has anybody’s appetite gone smaller after losing a lot of weight?
I’m near the 25 lb mark and I noticed recently that I sometimes can’t eat anything bigger than a large kids meal; I get fuller quickly. When I first started I had a bit of trouble eating a medium sized meal but still had large binge food craving through out the day. It’s kind of bizarre to me.

Choosing fall and winter clothes to wear in midst of losing a lot of weight
I lost 22 lbs(about 1/3 of my goal)since the beginning of the year. Now my previous fall/winter clothes are too baggy on me. This will happen, again, next year. So, what should I start buying? I wear jeans, sweat pants, t-shirts and long sleeves. I don't have access to any bargain stores except for Forman mills and Walmart.

How to gain arm strength and muscle without weights?
I want to gain some muscle. All of my life I never built any sort of muscle aside from dancing which is at my abdomen and my legs. I need help to strengthen my arms. I can't even do a push up, it's that bad. Any exercises for me to do and for how much a week?

Body gravity
I lost 20 lbs now. 5 lbs previously I felt lighter and feel like I can do anything. However, at 20 lbs my legs are starting to feel heavier during exercise since I lost weight in my calves and thighs. I think it's from my body's new shape. Had anybody else experienced this?
