I have been targeting 1500 calories a day to keep myself around 150-155 lbs. I used to count calories and have 3 meager, carefulll measured meals a day. One meal a day + Shakes ??
Anyone else trying one meal a day plan? My week days: Vega One Shake @ 2 p.m. Meat, veggies and rice @ 5 p.m. 2x Vega One shakes between 5-9 p.m. I went from 170 & about 28% body fat to 150 & 15% body fat in a few months - with lots of beer, pizza, burgers etc on the weekends. - I will never eat "3 squares" again.
