What are you eating ?
Hiya been doing MFP for a few weeks now and I’m starting to get stuck eating same things, just because it’s easier! Need some good ideas, lunch and breakfast . How do you change it up each day?

Hi I love cooking and baking from scratch, so I’m wondering.... Does anyone have any good recipe sites or books to suggest that tells calories rather than having to create recipe all the time? Many thanks x

Upper ab fat exercise
Hi all Bit of help needed here, I can lose weight and normally it’s all over so my body with balloons on deflates but I struggle with upper abs (beneath my boobs). Log weight - how often?
Hi guys Just curious how often any of you log your weight on mfp? I weigh daily mostly just to keep myself motivated, but log once week on same day or day before if I’m not going to be able to on my chosen day. So Judy wondering how everyone else does it. Thanks guys xx

Fitbit and MFP ?
Hi I've got a Fitbit which records steps and adds this in MFP. However I've just been on a 30 minute walk today so do I add the walk to MFP or will that be double counting? Hope this makes sense and any help would be much appreciated!! X

calorie adjustment subtracted from calories??
Hi all I'm new to MFP and synced my Fitbit to get accurate calories burned/steps etc... however I don't understand why it is subtracting from the calories (for instance my daily allowance is 1250 minus daily used thus far 1003 THEN it minus 70 for steps taken leaving me with less calories at end of day) I've read the blurb…
