In search of something tasty, yet low fat, low sodium, and a moderate amount of calories
After this morning's meg-fattening breakfast (27g fat), I will STILL hit my calorie, fat, sodium, and sugar quotas for-the-day. A small MIRACLE! That being said, I still have some free calories, and I'm looking for something tasty that won't send me overboard with fat, sodium, and sugar. Any recommendations? Food or drink…
