In search of something tasty, yet low fat, low sodium, and a moderate amount of calories

After this morning's meg-fattening breakfast (27g fat), I will STILL hit my calorie, fat, sodium, and sugar quotas for-the-day. A small MIRACLE! That being said, I still have some free calories, and I'm looking for something tasty that won't send me overboard with fat, sodium, and sugar. Any recommendations? Food or drink (P.S.--Water doesnt' count!).

Fat isn't fattening, too many calories are. Unless you have specific medical issues, sugar and sodium is unnecessary to track. If your goal is weightloss, and you don't have any calories left, you should just wait till tomorrow. If you have calories left, at what ever you want. Prelogging is a good strategy to have a balanced and tasty diet.

How many calories do you have left? It doesn't matter if you went way over in fat macros. But, you'll probably be pretty satiated for most of the day, which is good if you don't have many calories left.

A good way to go is always veggies and meat since you'll get a good volume for not too many calories.
