I just calculated my bfi, and it's so high! Around 35%. I'm 26 girl, 157 cm high and 60,5 kg. I don't look that fat, but this bfi is just not healthy. Started eating healthy about a month ago, and I lost 5,5kg so far. Main problem is I'm lazy when it comes to workout. What is the best way to lower bfi?
I'm 26 years old girl from Serbia. My goal is to have 48-50kg. I started one month ago with 66kg. First step almost done! I have lost 5kg so far. No sugar, no alcohol month is almost over! So proud of myself. :)
