Does anyone do intermittent fasting? Have you seen any changes ? I try to stick to 16/8 frame but I'm flexible to 14/10 I used to wake up hungry for breakfast now I can wait it off. I'm looking to include one whole day of the week to fast probably Thursdays, it definitely worked before.
Hey y'all! I just downloaded the app and I was surprised to know I had signed up years ago. Well, I'm so glad this version is a little better, my goal is to lose about 10lbs and I'm counting on this to help me keep track of my macros and calories which is the hardest part for me. Good luck everyone!
