Great, I've heard that IF helps in maintaining your body fat percentage which is something that even athletes fluctuate with and I definitely have been more disciplined in my eating schedule while also noticing that I actually feel hungry as opposed to just eating because it's time to eat

Giving up coffee was easy and I was used to drink 2 to 3 espresso cups a day, no sugar, But I cannot live without chocolate so I always have some dark chocolate once a week usually Saturdays and my weakness for fresh baked bread
