Can you recommend any foods high fibre? I seem to be taking in quite a low level of fibre but hit all my other goals on a daily basis.
Hi everyone! I'm Anthony. I've worked on bringing my weight through muscle gain up from 80 to 100 over the last year now but I've gained a bit of fat along the way, so I'm trying to cut for 6 weeks and see if I can shed some of that fat :-) Any tips are always very welcome!
