100 --> 80

Hi everyone!

I'm Anthony. I've worked on bringing my weight through muscle gain up from 80 to 100 over the last year now but I've gained a bit of fat along the way, so I'm trying to cut for 6 weeks and see if I can shed some of that fat :-)

Any tips are always very welcome!

    That's solid work! Some fat is good though! In currently doing Intermittent fasting, to cut BF% . Not necessarily wanting to lose weigh. Everyone's body composition is different, you need to find what works best for your bod! The best of Luck!
