I’m on 1200 calorie budget should I be decreasing my calories as I lose weight? I had always heard you shouldn’t go below 1200

I eat homemade burgers (93 or 96 if I can find it)1-2 times a week and fit it into my calorie budget. Will this impede my weight loss?
