I check people’s diaries to get ideas on what foods to eat to mix it up a little. That said if someone unsolicited critiqued my eating depending on how well I know them and how it was delivered I’d probably delete them. Fortunately I’ve never had that experience.

I noticed higher calories on Noom as well but usually about 100 or so difference. I personally trust mfp more but maybe check portion size on mfp to make sure you are logging accurately.

I use Noom it’s helpful to help with your mindset if you struggle with that but I prefer mfp for logging.

The only tip I have is look at how far youve come! You don’t wanna go back. I also read a quote that says you won’t always be motivated you have to be disciplined, which I think is very true.

Yea I eat the same but I don’t lose as much when I sleep too little or have broken sleep. I’m glad it’s not just me! Gotta work on those sleep habits!

You obviously been killing it so keep up the good work! If you find yourself getting hungry I’d make sure you are getting lots of lean protein and veggies in.
