After Strong Curves? What program?
Hi, I am running the gluteal goddess strong curves advanced program. For any of you that did that program, did you run it again (after or w/o a de load) or did you create your own program following the template?

Carb and Calorie count and wine
I am tracking macros so the wine I put in registered 5 carbs but 150 calories....so I reached my calorie count but not carb count for the day......what should I do besides not drink wine LOL?

Bulking question....do I add back in exercise calories?
Hi! I am trying to recover from being a cardio queen and work on lifting heavy. For those of you on a bulk, do you just eat above your maintenance calories regardless if it is a rest or workout day? Do you put in MFP as a goal to gain .5 lb week or 1 lb a week or just maintain? My maintenance calories are 1690-1900…
