I am "bulking" and trying to create some curves on my thin frame and stop being a cardio queen. It is going good but I am wondering constantly while I am working lower body if the exercises I am doing (compound and glute isolated) are the best ones......I have heard lots on here about the strong curves program and wonder if those of you that have tried it could comment on the nutrition and glute activation topics in the book? Is it really that good of a program?

The nutrition recommendations are pretty basic and standard. I didn't use his calorie calculations though (I found it too low), I used another and adjusted as necessary.
The program is fantastic.. provided you follow it consistently. And in your case if you are trying to add curves/mass, running the program while eating in a surplus will be key.0
