Newbie! Keto Diet FTW!
Hi! :) I'm new to myfitnesspal. I have been on the keto diet for 3 weeks now. I started at 223.0lbs and now currently sitting at 204.2lbs which is a 17.2lb loss so far (gotta the love the first 2 weeks where it all melts off!) Now it's the grind em 2lbs a week!
