I’ve got a stand still with my weight. I have been at the same weight for a few weeks now and I can’t seem to loose anymore. I haven’t been over eating and I exercise 6 days a week. Any advice?

Exercises to loss weight
I have heard a lot about how good weight training is for weight loss. Can you lose weight with just that or do you have to add cardio in it too? Or what do you guys do to lose weight?
