What kind of foods are you guys eating and still getting results? I can I eat things I normally eat as long as I stay in my calories?

    For weight loss, it's calories that matter. Yes, you can eat what you like within your calorie goal and still get results.

    For health, eating a diet made up of predominantly nutrient dense foods would be be beneficial. Eating sufficient protein, fat and fibre will probably help you feel satiated and satisfied, meaning you'll find it easier to stick to your calorie goal. That doesn't mean you need to restrict your diet of every food you enjoy though.
