Is it possible to log a full body dumbbell strength workout as cardio instead of having to log the strength every exercise rep and set is a bit tedious?
Just wondering what i could log an hour long Goodlife Body Pump class as for exercise? It is constant total body weightlifting/muscle building focus for the hour
I go to Goodlife gym for the group Bodypump class (1 hr long). Basically, class involves all over weightlifting and body conditioning (squats, lunges, etc) non-stop for hour. Does anyone know what type of exercise i could save this as or how to log this?
