Can I log a 30 min full body dumbbell strength workout as cardio

Is it possible to log a full body dumbbell strength workout as cardio instead of having to log the strength every exercise rep and set is a bit tedious?

Absolutely. It's also the only way to get a calorie expenditure for your strength training. (I think there are way better aps for logging sets and reps than MFP, I would personally never use it for that)

What they said. Use MFP for the calories entry, which won't be much, and use a free app or Google Sheets to track your sets and reps.

I'd suggest: If it's a regular reps/sets type workout, use the "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" entry in the MFP cardiovascular section, and log the whole time including the normal short between-set rests. If it's a continuous thing (maybe higher rep, lighter weight; maybe cardio intervals between strength exercises), use "Circuit training, general".
