Anyone here with double knee replacements?
I was basically unable to walk the year before my surgeries. Its been one year since my left was done and 4 months since my right was done. I have gained nearly 30 pounds on my already overweight frame. Im incredible miserable. I need a weight buddy that can keep me motivated to get down to my goal weight (lose60)

Disappointed in myself
Ive been on here dieting for 10 days. Im down 5 pounds. Today my sugar dropped to a very uncomfortable level (i get the shakes, sweat, and throw up) i ate 3 poptarts . Now i feel worse. Totally messing up my day. Crap
