Can't reach at 1200 calories goal to lose weight
hi everyone.. if anyone can understand me , plz help i am trying to lose weight ..MFP set 1220 calories goal.. I am eating healthy but still can't eat more than 1000 cal... i do Zumba for 45 to 60 min 4-5 days a week... my question is How can i eat 1200 calories? can i eat oat biscuits and this sort of things... thx
