Hard gainer,gaining...
Hi im a hard gainer, after using this app,I've gain 10lbs in 4weeks started from 130lbs its like 2lbs per week,eating 4 to 6 meals a day w/c im not used to it,healthy foods only and workout every other day,my goal is to hit 176lbs,now its kinda hard cus as i updated, my calories needed per day increases. :)
