How do I make it so that my weight loss progress shows on my feed? What do I need to enable?

I'm just starting my health journey. I'm just under 5'1" and weigh 145. - How was your weight loss progress? - I use up 1200 plus about half my exercise calories. Will I still be able to loose weight? - I burn only about 300 calories at the gym every day. Thank you !
