Back again!
I am back again and determined!! I had a total knee replacement on Ma7, and just from being able to walk without tremendous pain in that knee, I have lost 15#! I am now in a size 14 (down from a 16) and feeling great! I had been eating lower carb prior my RA diagnosis 3 years ago, so thinking of starting that again. Rihht…
