Going for yet another try regarding my diet and exercising. I have a few physical problems that have caused me quite a bit of depression. But i know what i need to do. I have Rhuematoid Disease, Fibromyalgia amd Osteoarthritis. My left knee will be having eeplacement surgery in about 3 months. As it is right now, it is extremely painful to put weight of any kind on that knee. And i also have sciatica in that leg.
I have talked to my orthopedic surgeon and he said just walking around in the pool at the YMCA would help.
I also want to lose as much weight as possible prior to my surgery (my ultimate goal is to get to 140#, but that won't happen pre-surgery) and drink more water.
So, that is it in a quick nut shell. My motto will be slow amd steady for sure!
