Tips for after workday slump?
Hey! My biggest problem (during the workweek) is going back out after a long day to do my cardio. Anyone have any tips for summoning the courage to get it done? I'm typically a morning runner, so doing it in the afternoon is pretty rough/dreadful/not fun.

Is 60 lb too much weight to lose?
Hey there! Just started this thing and set my goal at 60 lbs. I am currently 24 yrs old and am 180/5'6...is 60 lbs unrealistic? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get there?
