I intermittent fast doing 5 hours eating and 19 fasting, I weigh 287 (down 25 pounds from starting weight) so you would think eating would be the easy part for me....but after I eat my first meal I'm full for the rest of the day and its only 950 calories. I workout and do cardio as well.
I've looked up how many calories I should eat a million times, I started at 312.6 lbs after I gained all the weight I'd lost the first time.
