Some days I struggle to eat 1000 calories?
Hello! I am trying out a low carb diet and I eat more proteins and such. One problem I have is that since protein fills me up so much with so little, I sometimes struggle to eat 1000 calories a day.. How to let people know you're not a freak? Lol
When I go visit family and they wanna eat junk or drink a soda, they hide and say "we don't wanna tempt you and make you feel bad". Which is nice... but it's almost harder. Not getting enough calories?
I have been eating a lot of food, but I am not hitting my calorie goal at least 2 days out of this week. Those two days I did eat way less than normal, but I just didn't feel hungry at all...
