Can anyone suggest a site for an accurate macro calculator? I feel like i am not seeing the results i once was when i first got in to tracking macros, even though i am lifting heavier and more intensely now.

Help...I'm gaining muscle...AND fat! Why.

Heavy carb days
For heavy carb days, what is the recommended amount to go over your normal carb macros?

Hitting macros but not calories count
So let's say I'm hitting all my macro counts properly but I still have left over calories at the end of the day. Is this calorie deficit going to slow down my progress?
