before breakfast: lemon water Breakfast: 100 g hemp seed 100 g pumpkin seed 150 g peanut Dinner: 5 fried eggs with butter 10 cups of green salad(spinach, arugula ,kale, lettuce, parsley, dill weed, lemon and some dressings ) bunch of fruit no lunch and no sneaking :)
