Been between 220 and 250 pounds my whole adult life(249 now), goal is 190, even though most BMI calculators say thats still significantly overweight for a man that is 6' tall. Love the Packers, Led Zeppelin, Wrasslin' and my little girl. Goal is to not have to wear a t-shirt to the beach, here in Virginia.
