You gotta trust the process! I lost most of the weight before i really started losing my belly. It just takes time...but in the last two months i only lost 4 pounds, but lost three inches off my waist. You're gonna do it!

started at 256, goal was 200...at 204 now. 6'0", but i'm thinking of stopping there and focus more on muscle building.

I treat myself to the combo with three crunchy tacos and a drink. Crunchy taco is about 190 calories, plus i have water or diet dew, and you're looking at a dinner at about 600 calories. Not bad!

That it's not a magic button that you can press and all of a sudden women will flock to you. I had anxiety before, and still do. Was lonely before, and still am to this day. Don't get me wrong, i'm super pumped about the muscle gain/weight loss, but too much day dreaming causes unrealistic expectations. Ugh.

Well, pretty good week so far, as i've had 2 drinks in 3 days, but i'd like to remain AF for the rest of the week, which i feel good that i can do. I've almost drank as much in March already as i did February all month.

i have not been doing as good this month as last month, and my wallet confirms this, too. I need a full week of no alcohol to recover from this week's frustration. For everyone else, keep at it.
