Has anyone tried the paleo diet? I've been hearing about it a lot lately. Any success stories or tips??
Any tips on macros? I find it so confusing. Maybe I'm just not eating the right stuff. Today I hit my target goal for carbs but way off for fat. I'm meeting my target calorie goal but Im told counting macros is better. HELP!!
